Membership Terms & Conditions

A valid credit card and email address are required to participate in Rubyz Day Spa’s Membership Program.

  • Members enjoy exclusive monthly treatments (“Membership Treatment”), special offers, promotional savings, and retail product discounts.

    • Monthly Treatments: Each membership includes one (1) monthly Membership Treatment, depending on the selected membership plan.

    • Rollover Treatments: If a Membership Treatment is not used in a given month, it may rollover (“Rollover Treatment”) and remain valid for up to twelve (12) months from the original charge date, provided the member remains active.

    • Redemption: Members may redeem one Rollover Treatment per month in addition to their current monthly Membership Treatment.

    • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the scheduled Membership or Rollover Treatment.

    • Missed appointments without sufficient notice will result in redemption of the scheduled treatment.

    • If no treatment credit is available, a fee of 50% of the regular service price will be charged.

    • Non-transferable & Non-refundable: Memberships are for personal use only and may not be transferred, gifted, or refunded.

    • Family Share Option: Members may designate one (1) immediate family member or significant other to share their Membership Treatments or Rollover Treatments.

    • Minimum Term: Membership requires a minimum four (4) month commitment and is non-cancellable during this initial period.

    • Automatic Renewal: After the minimum term, memberships automatically renew month-to-month until canceled.

    • Suspension: Memberships may be temporarily suspended for up to three (3) months per calendar year. During suspension, no benefits may be used (including rollovers, discounts, or promotions).

    • Cancellation: After the minimum term, memberships may be canceled at any time with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice.

    • Termination: Rubyz Day Spa reserves the right to terminate any membership at any time for any reason. Upon cancellation or termination, all unused treatments, rollovers, and member benefits are forfeited.

  • Rubyz Day Spa reserves the right to modify membership terms, pricing, or benefits with advance written notice to members.
